The Planning Portal has all the guidance and information you need to make or take part in a planning appeal. If you are looking for information on a specific appeal, or wish to make a new appeal online then you should go to our appeals service.

The Planning appeals process is designed for anyone who has applied to their council or national park authority for planning permission, but is unhappy with the resulting decision, or the lack of a decision (which should normally be made within 8 weeks).
