NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Part 4, Chapter 1, Section 68 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 that Conwy County Borough Council has applied to Natural Resources Wales, acting on behalf of the Licensing Authority, for a marine licence to conduct ground investigation works to support the design of improved sea defences.

In light of the current public health situation surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) a hard copy of the application and supporting documents will not be available in a public place at this time.
