Human Resources - General expert HR advice to managers (& employees) on all elements of the employee life cycle.
Fairness & Equalities - Support the organisation in meeting its responsibilities relating to the Equality Act, Public Sector Equality Duty & the Socio-economic Duty.
Organisation Development - Support & influence the organisation to develop, transform & improve performance to reach it’s potential through processes, people & culture.
Research & Strategic Planning - Use research & data to support decision-making. Ensuring Conwy deliver our national and strategic priorities.
Corporate Modernisation - Manage significant projects and programmes across the council. Review, update and promote the Council’s Programme and Project Management (PPM) Framework. Develop and deliver PPM training sessions across the Authority.
Providing advice and support to officers across the council on project and programme management. Undertake Programme/Project Health Checks. Support the recruitment of Project Managers across the Council and mentor new and existing Project Managers.
Corporate Communications & Marketing - Corporate Communication, Internal Communication, Digital, Brand Management, Marketing/Campaigns: Events, Conferences, Culture and Arts.
