Summary (optional) Conwy’s draft Housing Support Programme Strategy sets out the strategic direction and priorities for our housing related support and homelessness prevention services for the next four years.

Services commissioned via the Housing Support Programme Strategy are funded via Housing Support Grant. These support services prevent people from becoming homeless, stabilise their housing situation, or help potentially homeless people to find and keep accommodation.

The Housing Support Programme Strategy supports the delivery of the transformational shift required to move to a Rapid Rehousing and supports Welsh Government’s aim of making homelessness rare, brief and non-repeated.
