Enlarge and straighten the culvert
The existing watercourse comes down a steep slope and turns sharply into a pipe that runs under the corner of the property. The pipe is too small, and the abrupt turn makes it prone to blockage.
The new, larger pipe will go straight across the road, and will have a new cascade inlet to take the flow down to the deeper new pipe.
