Enlarge and straighten the culvert
The existing watercourse comes down a cascade and turns sharply into a pipe that runs along the foundation of the retaining wall. The pipe is too small, and it can’t be cleaned or repaired underneath the wall.
The new, larger pipe will go straight across the road, and will have a manhole so that we can get in to clean it.
