Target Group - Practitioners, managers in Children & Adult Services who carry a case load.

  • Understand the importance of an effective agreement within supervision and using this to support professional development.
  • Understand how past experience of supervision can impact on supervisory relationship.
  • Recognise how anxiety and emotions can impact on effective decision making and critical thinking.
  • Understand the use of supervision to promote resilience when working with complex issues.
  • Recognise how supervision can support reflection and improve outcomes for service users.
  • Understand how supervision can support effective professional partnership working.
  • Overview of Resilience and Emotional Intelligence.
